1. Avoid buying everything at once

Many new homeowners often make the mistake of buying all the furniture at a time. 5. Buy from floor model shops

Floor model furniture shops usually display their wares for customers to see, touch and test before making the final payment. If the item has a mild wear and tear but is of good shape and make; you can opt to buy it at a reduced price. You can get a good quality furniture at a very low price if you are buying from a floor model shop. Just look at the item you want and start haggling immediately.
